Kids play Yiddish head and shoulders at Kinder Kapers, part of Toronto's Secular Jewish Community School

Kinder Kapers is Toronto's Secular Jewish Community School's fun and interactive program for children aged 2 to 5 years and their grownups. Sessions are held twice a month on Sunday mornings and centre around such themes as Jewish holidays, Shabbes, and life cycles.

All Kinder Kapers sessions incorporate Hebrew and Yiddish songs, musical instruments, movement, arts and crafts, puppets and stories, circle time, and play time -- all with a Jewish flair. Refreshments are served at the end of each class, providing families with the opportunity to socialize and build lasting friendships.

Kinder Kapers is a great way to start a secular Jewish education that can continue through Toronto's Secular Jewish Community School's programs – all the way to your preschooler's Bar or Bat Mitzvah and beyond!
